This starts with a five-day training at our corporate office in Minneapolis, Minnesota. While there, franchise owners receive training by experienced staff, our CEO and founder, and existing franchisees. You will learn the key fundamentals of running your new in-home care franchise including operational and management training, as well as horw to hire, train and retain caregivers.
