Touching Hearts at Home is a unique brand. What makes us unique is the type of people we attract as franchise owners. We carefully select our franchise owners to join our supportive culture, based upon service, integrity, and compassion. “The ideal Touching Hearts at Home franchisee is somebody wanting to make a difference. Do you need a health care background? Not at all. You just want to provide home care services for our vulnerable populations for the right reasons, and at the same time you want to make a living, and there’s nothing wrong with putting those things together,” says Renae. “We look for people with a passion for helping others and integrity for doing the right thing, as well as the drive to build and grow their business. The bigger we get, the more we can help others in the community.”

A personal experience leads many to choose a career with Touching Hearts at Home
Many of our franchisees come to us by way of a personal experience with an aging loved one. Whether their parent or grandparent needed a little extra help with basic chores and companionship for a few hours a week, or required almost non-stop care as they declined with a more devastating disease, many of our franchise owners know first-hand the difference that quality and compassionate senior care made in their families’ lives. Our founder Renae Peterson was inspired by her own mother, who was a client.
“A big part of why I’m here starts with my grandma, Joella,” Denver franchisee Ryan Fensler says. “I was blessed to be able to spend a lot of time with her growing up. Each day we’re able to surround ourselves with phenomenal caregivers and go out and make a difference in the community.
